Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Leather Salon LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Leather Salon,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and any individual or entity (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) accessing, using, or engaging the Company’s website, services, or products (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 Leather Salon provides specialized repair, restoration, and maintenance services for luxury leather goods. All Services are rendered on a best-efforts basis, and the Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the outcome, durability, or suitability of such Services.
1.2 The Company expressly disclaims responsibility for any expectations of perfection, uniformity, or manufacturer-level condition.


2. Customer Obligations

2.1 Customer shall provide complete and accurate disclosures regarding the condition of all items submitted for Services.
2.2 Customer acknowledges that latent defects, undisclosed prior alterations, or the inherent limitations of materials may affect restoration results.
2.3 Customer shall bear sole responsibility for shipping costs, packaging, and insurance, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.


3. Turnaround Times

3.1 All completion estimates are non-binding and subject to modification at the Company’s discretion.
3.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from material shortages, third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or events beyond its reasonable control.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 All fees are due and payable in advance of any serviced item(s) rendered.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment has cleared.
4.3 Fees are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and insurance, all of which shall be borne by the Customer.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
(a) pre-existing damage or hidden material defects;
(b) incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or value;
(c) loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party carriers.
5.2 Customer agrees to procure appropriate insurance coverage at their own expense.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All text, graphics, images, and content displayed on the Company’s website constitute proprietary materials protected under applicable intellectual property law.
6.2 No license or right of use is granted absent prior written authorization from the Company.


7. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any action arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida, and Customer consents to such jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the rights and obligations of Customers with respect to refunds, returns, and cancellations involving Leather Salon LLC.


1. Services

1.1 All fees paid for Services are strictly non-refundable once the Company has commenced work.

2. Products

2.1 Non-service goods (e.g., care products, accessories) may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, provided that:
(a) the goods remain unused and in their original packaging; and
(b) proof of purchase is furnished.
2.2 All shipping charges, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the Customer and are non-refundable.


3. Cancellations

3.1 Service orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, provided work has not commenced.
3.2 Once Services have begun, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted.


4. Incorrect or Defective Goods

4.1 Any claim of incorrect or defective goods must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify such claims prior to issuing any remedy.


5. Procedure

Customers seeking to initiate a return, adjustment, or cancellation must submit a written request to cs@leathersalon.com.  No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
