We specialize in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of luxury leather goods, with a particular focus on brands such as Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana, & Hermes. Our services include cleaning, conditioning, color restoration, edge repair, stitching, and structural reinforcement. We also offer a variety of shoe repair services including sole replacement, heel repair, stitching, and stretching.


No. While we take great pride in delivering high-quality results, restoration has inherent limitations. Our goal is to extend the life, beauty, and functionality of your item, but we cannot replicate factory-new condition or guarantee exact results.


Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project, condition of the item, and availability of materials. We will provide an estimated completion time upon evaluation, but all timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.


Yes, we have experience repairing designer shoes and take great care to ensure that all repairs are done to the highest standard.


Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their items to our facility. We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking. Return shipping will be arranged once services are complete, with costs billed to the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Leather Salon LLC is not liable for loss or damage once an item is in transit with a third-party shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to insure all shipments for the full replacement value of their item.


Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, all service fees are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable adjustments, at our discretion, to address concerns and ensure your satisfaction.


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet begun. Once services are in progress, cancellations are not permitted. For shipped items, orders may be canceled until shipping label has been provided. 


We recommend storing items in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and moisture. Periodic conditioning with appropriate leather care products will help preserve the results of your restoration. Specific care instructions may be provided depending on the service performed.
